who are blind or have a serious disability because they maybe only be able to
have access to one software

The advantages of portability that things are easily transferred via software and machine. less space is taken up on the desktop , its great if you want to spend an hour surfing the web.

The disadvantages of portability is that sometimes it can be unreliable such as a portable charger sometimes it can run out of charge and stop charging your phone.
