Format: This is a TV drama which is the second series , it based on magic and mystery.

Purpose: The purpose of this TV drama to create a movie entirely based on magic and the limitations of doing magic and the secrets behind it , Now you see me 2 was made to create mystery and adventure , it was to go beyond limits of magic it was made to create a whole different meaning to the word magic.
Platform :  Now you see me 2 was aired on Netflix and other online platforms such as 123Movies and it was aired in worldwide cinemas across America and the uk it then became available on DVD so it was accessible in shops and supermarkets, but it was originally aired in cinema.
Target  Audience: This TV drama would appeal to a older target audience because of some of the adult content involved in this TV drama so between the ages of 12 upwards , this TV drama would mostly attract people that enjoy magic and watching mystery because this what this movie is based on.
Genre codes and conventions: Whether one notices it or not, codes and conventions are present in every single film that shares a genre. A code is something physical or visible that labels a film and the genre it's in. For example, a code of an action film could be a gun, or sword, even blood , a technical code is used in this TV drama  because of the way equipment is used in the movies to tell the story such as all props that would used during the process and filming of now you see me 2 , for example a pack of cards were used an illusion to make  you think they have chosen your card but really its the trick of the mind that makes you believe that they did , by using that one single prop it gave an idea of what's about to happen next., a symbolic code would be when the camera is expressing how the character is feeling so we get an idea of the emotion they are portraying in the film so for example the intensity on Morgan freeman face when he got thrown in jail.  A convention would be when the camera use black and dark lighting it can connote mystery and illusion. In now you see me 2 its more technical and symbolic.


Narrative structure: now you see me 2 is based on all the different conventions used to make a storyline , also the condensing of time used in now you see me 2 is important because its shown through production techniques such as camera fades and blackouts , like how it goes from night to the morning. also the way they layout the structure of producing the film and also the way the script was written to produce such as successful film and also the way it has been styled and put together they based it on events that people actually consider to be real such as the term "magic" , they've taken the word magic and expanded it and made it realistic in a way.
the writer found a way for all the events happening in the film to be connected through the use of film , direction and editing.


People , places , events and values represented:  In the film you have a lot of diversity , so I think the director captured all the actors and actresses emotions feelings and facial expressions , the locations of where all this was filmed was macula china , London , Middlesex , Greenwich and just the uk in general , all these locations of where events happened were captured on camera , the values of the sequel is simple that , they wanted to peruse their carrier in the magic industry but continue to break the law I think the reasoning behind creating another now you see me was to give the  target audience something to look forward to about what's to come with magic.

Storyline :Charismatic magician Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) leads a team of talented illusionists called the Four Horsemen. Atlas and his comrades mesmerize audiences with a pair of amazing magic shows that drain the bank accounts of the corrupt and funnel the money to audience members. ( now you see me )After fleeing from a stage show, the illusionists (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson) known as the Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry (Daniel Radcliffe) forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the world's computers. Meanwhile, vengeful FBI agent Dylan Rhodes (Mark Buffalo) hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman), the man he blames for the death of his father. ( Now you see me
2) Beginning , middle and end The man behind their vanishing act is none other than Walter Mabry, a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all.this series carries on from the first series which was now you see me so the storyline is going to be continuation from the previous series having some similarities between the too so that the viewers get the concept so having a previously and then the after of the series.
